02

03
Rinse the Brush

After wet use, rinse the brush with water, shake it out, stand it upright, and air dry.

Frequently Asked Questions

Hell no. The agitation, the heat, the soaking—it'll completely wreck the shape and ruin the brim. That's exactly why we sell this care stuff. Use the foam, use the brush, and keep it out of the damn Maytag if you want it to survive.

Most of them, yeah. The foam and the brush will handle wool, cotton, felt, and canvas without an issue. Just don't use the Repel or Refresh sprays on unsealed leather, suede, or nubuck unless you want to learn a hard lesson. Always check the "Works On" list for the specific product before you start spraying.

Depends on how hard you wear it. If it's your daily driver and you're sweating in it, give the inside a blast of Refresh once a week to kill the odor, and use the foam when you start seeing visible dirt. If it's just a weekend piece, a quick dry brush to knock the dust off is usually all it needs.

All of our caps and care products are warehoused and shipped directly from Peoria, Illinois. If you place your order Monday through Friday before noon Eastern time, it ships out the exact same day.

We offer a 45-day window for returns and exchanges. Buying a cap online should be rewarding and enjoyable, not a risk. There is a $5 exchange fee and a $10 refund fee. If you ever have an issue, reach out to support@peakyhat.com and Ryan will handle it personally.

Our fabrics are sourced globally—from US mills to Scottish Harris Tweed and UK linens. The final stitching is done by a highly skilled team in Yiwu, China (the same district that produces caps for Stetson and Goorin Bros). We are completely transparent about this because we choose quality over optics, every time.
