To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our return/exchange policy is limited to 30 days after receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. 


FREE Returns for all caps within 7 days of delivery, you are only responsible for $5 return shipping (deducted from your refund). 

All returns after the 7 day deadline are subject to a $5 return shipping and $10 restocking fee (deducted from your refund).

*Often times we will waive the restocking fee, just reach out to us directly and we'll be happy to work with you.  This is really in place to deter 'bad players' from buying caps, wearing our caps to an event, and then returning them in worn condition (we have to protect ourselves a little).

We are not staffed to handle traditional exchanges.  Instead, we offer a 100% store credit and a pre-paid return label. This is our Exchange Method.

You'll get a pre-paid return label and once the return is shipped, you'll get store credit in the form of a gift card to redeem for the prefered size, color, or a different item altogether.  This also works out better for the customer, giving you the freedom to purchase any item as a replacement as well as getting the replacement in your hands sooner.

We only directly replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us if you have received a damaged item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items and orders with a discount applied cannot be fully refunded.

Shipment (if applicable)

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages after they arrive at the destination country. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. We are also not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur. If you do not receive the order within the estimated delivery time, and if it turns out that the package has not reached the destination country, we reserve the right to resend the order within 90 days from the date of purchase, only after this period can be refunded.

Gifts (if applicable) 

Did you buy an amazing Peaky Hat item as a gift? Or did you get an amazing Peaky Hat item as a gift that needs exchanged/returned?  Our 100% Store Credit (Exchange) method applies the credit to a gift card, which can be shared to the person who received the gift. 


To return your product, please use our Returns Portal  or contact us by email and we will provide the necessary information to ship to product back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
