The Workman is built as a tribute to the grit, determination, and reliability of the working class. Designed for three-season wear, it performs just as well on the job site as it does at happy hour, making it a versatile companion wherever the day takes you. With a durable canvas construction, it's a fabric that softens, breaks in, and develops character over time – molding to its owner with every wear. Durable, sturdy, and resilient.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the dying process and natural qualities of canvas, shades of color may differ in certain lighting conditions and the cap may naturally fade over time.

Got Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
Step 1: Wrap the soft tape, string, or cord around your head above your ears and eyebrows, where your cap usually sits.
Step 2: Double check to make sure the tape comes down far enough at the back of your head, hitting in the right spot.
Step 3: Take note of your measurement in CMs. If using a string or cord, mark where it meets so you can measure it using a traditional tape measure.
Step 4: Refer to the sizing chart above to see where you land.
For our comfort fit flex back caps, we always recommend sizing down. For our fitted caps, size up for a loose fit and size down if you prefer snug. Caps will usually stretch slightly, but rarely do they shrink.
Unfortunately, there is no universal sizing, so a Medium for one brand might be a Small for another. We highly recommend you measure your head to ensure you have an accurate size before ordering from Peaky Hat.
All of our caps are warehoused and shipped directly from Peoria, Illinois. If you place your order Monday through Friday before noon Eastern time, it ships out the exact same day.
We offer a 45-day window for returns and exchanges. Buying a cap online should be rewarding and enjoyable, not a risk. There is a $5 exchange fee and a $10 refund fee. If you ever have an issue, reach out to support@peakyhat.com and Ryan will handle it personally.
Our fabrics are sourced globally—from US mills to Scottish Harris Tweed and UK linens. The final stitching is done by a highly skilled team in Yiwu, China (the same district that produces caps for Stetson and Goorin Bros). We are completely transparent about this because we choose quality over optics, every time.
