It’s a journey to get your Peaky cap to you and we make the greatest of efforts to ensure that the journey is quick and painless, no matter where you live. When it comes to shipping we pull out all the stops, even though we do daily deliveries to numerous customers around the world. This means that we keep our eye on quality while finding you the fastest options and of course being responsive to you every step of the way.

We’ve split the time frame for order delivery into two parts so you can see the journey better:
- Processing time – Following order confirmation, quality assurance and packaging, your order will be dispatched from the warehouse within 24 hours. An additional 2-4 days is taken by the shipping company to get the order ready for shipping.
- Shipping time – Once your order is on its way to you, the amount of time it takes depends on where you live. This is shipping time. Deliveries in the US are shipped by YunExpress, e-packet, or USPS - a postal service that can take between 7 and 14 days. International delivery can take anywhere between 15–30 business days.

NOTE: In each product description, we have the estimated shipping time (accuracy around 92%); this time is calculated based on our shipping experience for the country where you are.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to COVID19 restrictions depending on the country affected, delivery time can be increased by 40 business days.
