Mesh. Made from a linen/poly blend, purposely selected to make one of the most breathable, durable, and easy to maintain caps on the market. It's incredibly forgiving, easy to shape and simple to clean (just use water, water won't hurt this cap). Made from the same material as The Peaky Dudley.
This cap is great for warm weather, does not have a liner, handles sweat like a boss, and doesn't cook your dome. The material is more like mesh (not a fabric), wear in the pool, on the golf course, at the ballpark, working in the yard, or at your local pub. It can do it all.

Our caps are sized in CMs to get the best fit. Find your measurement in CMs, then pick a hat size based on that measurement.

Finding your measurement:
If you have a soft measuring tape, that's the best route to take. If you do not, use a string, phone charging cable, or anything else you can wrap around your head.
How do I measure my/someone else’s head?
Step 1: Wrap the soft tape, string, or cord around your head above your ears and eyebrows, where you your cap usually sits.
Step 2: Double check to make sure the tape comes down far enough at the back of your head, hitting in the right spot.
Step 3: Take note of your measurement in CMs, if using a string or cord, mark where it meets so you can measure it using a traditional tape measure.
Step 4: Refer to the sizing chart above to see where you land.
Are you in between sizes??
For our comfort fit flex back caps, we always recommend sizing down. For our fitted caps, size up for a loose fit and size down if you prefer snug. Caps will usually stretch slightly, but rarely do they shrink.
Will my size be the same as the other caps I purchase from other brands?
Unfortunately there is no universal sizing, so a Medium for one brand might be a small for another. We highly recommend you measure your head to ensure you have an accurate size before ordering from Peaky Hat.

International orders: These orders require additional time and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to the number of variables involved with weather, customs, and local delivery. Please allow for up to 3 weeks for delivery.

We are family run business owned and operated out of Ohio, United States. Our hats are produced across the globe, depending on the style. Currently we have two facilities for fulfillment and warehousing. The majority of our items are located in our Dublin, Ohio facitlity and ship within 3-5 business days. We’ve split the time frame for order delivery into two parts so you can see the journey better:
Processing time – Following order confirmation, quality assurance and packaging, your order will be dispatched from the warehouse within 24-48 hours.
To our best ability;
Orders made Mon-Fri before Noon Eastern will ship same day.
Orders made Fri after Noon Eastern through Sunday will ship Monday.
This excludes holidays and special circumstances.
Shipping time – Once your order is on its way to you, the amount of time it takes depends on where you live and your shipping method. This is shipping time. Deliveries in the US are shipped and arrive in 2-5 days. International delivery can take anywhere between 8–15 business days.
Tracking your Order – This is our way of being with you on the journey and proving to you that we care how long it takes and that we’ll only be satisfied when you have your new item(s).
Occasionally the journey takes longer than expected and we wish it would always be as fast as a Peaky Blinder razor slash. The Darlaston is lightweight and comfy. It does NOT have a liner so your head can actually breath on those hotter days. This hat has quickly become one of my summer favorites as far as peaky hats go.

On a recent trip to OH to play golf, I grabbed my gray Peaky Darlaston and headed to the 1st tee. It was 85 degrees, sunny, and the humidity was off the charts. The cap was perfect for these weather conditions! The beverage cart operator loved the cap. The loopers loved the cap and a member of my foursome said the cap style made me look like Payne Stewart. The cap works whether I play The Creek or MuirfieldGC or head to the 19th hole in downtown Delaware for a bourbon. Well done!!! If I could only hit the green in reg while wearing the cap, I would give the cap 10 stars.
Great hat, I bought the gray and green and can’t decide which I like better! I live in north Texas and even with the heat I have worn one of my Darlastons almost every day since they arrived. They truly live up to the hype, cool, comfortable and great looking. Could not recommend the hats and Peaky Hat as a company more highly. I have purchased three hats from them so far and there will definitely be more in the future.
