Technically speaking, China, but there is much more to it than that.
We are a small business, owned and operated out of Ohio, US where I run the entire business, do my designs, customer support, operations, etc.
We source fabric from across the globe; many fabrics from various mills in the US, Harris Tweed wool and Tartans come from Scotland, Linen comes from UK and other various regions, Cotton from all over, etc.
I do all my designs locally (small town outside of Delaware, OH) and we have a small, dedicated production team that stitches most of the hats in Yiwu, (it's actually in the same district area as Stetson, Boston Scally, Goorin Bros, and Epoch).
We have an awesome warehouse and team in Peoria, Illinois where we carefully ship from, allowing us to reach both coasts within 2-4 days with a great deal of attention to packaging.
So in reality, your cap is made and sourced all over, but I operate out of Ohio, and pay United States (and now tariffs).
We appreciate you and encourage you to continue supporting small businesses in the US, and need it now more than ever.
We get this question a lot, and the short answer is to measure in CMs. We have a Size Guide, but it's pretty simple. if you know your other hat sizes, we have a conversion chart.
Measure around your head where the cap would sit, figure out your measurements in CMs. This is the most precise way to identify your size. All of our caps are labeled in CMs.
The highest number in the range is the best indicator. The range is take into consideration people that like to size up for an oversized look, we have ribbons in many of our caps that allow you tighten the cap.
Reach out if you have questions, we'll get you pointed in the right direction.
We are growing, which is a great thing! But with that comes the unfortunate situation of running out of stock on our popular items. Some of our caps sell out right away, but we are constantly working to improve on inventory management so everyone can get their hands on the cap of their dreams.
Some caps are evergreen, meaning we will restock that as quickly as possible and as often as we can. Other caps are "limited edition", which means once they are gone, we won't restock them.
If you have your eyes on a cap that is out of stock, you can sign up to get an email notification once it's back in stock. When you go to the page where the product is and select the desired size, the button should say, "Notify Me When Back in Stock". You can provide your email and once inventory is made available, you'll get a notice.
We promise, we lose more sleep about out of stock items than you do...we are working as hard as we can to get you that cap.
