Crafted from breathable, lightweight hemp, The Aire takes its name from the River Aire—a lifeline of Yorkshire, England's coal country and a vital artery of an industrial rise. This cap pays tribute to that legacy with clean lines and natural materials, balancing working-class heritage with today’s daily wear and style.
Made with hemp, means the fabric will have a worn, natural look, with nep (fabric pill).
Much like it’s namesake, The Aire is reliable where it matters—a reflection of movement, turns, and heritage. Even when challenged, we have adapted, persisted, and kept flowing.

Our caps are sized in CMs to get the best fit. Find your measurement in CMs, then pick a hat size based on that measurement.

Finding your measurement:
If you have a soft measuring tape, that's the best route to take. If you do not, use a string, phone charging cable, or anything else you can wrap around your head.
How do I measure my/someone else’s head?
Step 1: Wrap the soft tape, string, or cord around your head above your ears and eyebrows, where you your cap usually sits.
Step 2: Double check to make sure the tape comes down far enough at the back of your head, hitting in the right spot.
Step 3: Take note of your measurement in CMs, if using a string or cord, mark where it meets so you can measure it using a traditional tape measure.
Step 4: Refer to the sizing chart above to see where you land.
Are you in between sizes??
For our comfort fit flex back caps, we always recommend sizing down. For our fitted caps, size up for a loose fit and size down if you prefer snug. Caps will usually stretch slightly, but rarely do they shrink.
Will my size be the same as the other caps I purchase from other brands?
Unfortunately there is no universal sizing, so a Medium for one brand might be a small for another. We highly recommend you measure your head to ensure you have an accurate size before ordering from Peaky Hat.

International orders: These orders require additional time and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to the number of variables involved with weather, customs, and local delivery. Please allow for up to 3 weeks for delivery.

We are family run business owned and operated out of Ohio, United States. Our hats are produced across the globe, depending on the style. Currently we have two facilities for fulfillment and warehousing. The majority of our items are located in our Dublin, Ohio facitlity and ship within 3-5 business days. We’ve split the time frame for order delivery into two parts so you can see the journey better:
Processing time – Following order confirmation, quality assurance and packaging, your order will be dispatched from the warehouse within 24-48 hours.
To our best ability;
Orders made Mon-Fri before Noon Eastern will ship same day.
Orders made Fri after Noon Eastern through Sunday will ship Monday.
This excludes holidays and special circumstances.
Shipping time – Once your order is on its way to you, the amount of time it takes depends on where you live and your shipping method. This is shipping time. Deliveries in the US are shipped and arrive in 2-5 days. International delivery can take anywhere between 8–15 business days.
Tracking your Order – This is our way of being with you on the journey and proving to you that we care how long it takes and that we’ll only be satisfied when you have your new item(s).
Occasionally the journey takes longer than expected and we wish it would always be as fast as a Peaky Blinder razor slash. But we do everything in our power to get your order to you on time we work very hard to gain and retain trust. We are not perfect, but we are working our asses off to get there.

Aire means air in Spanish and this cap lives up to its name! It’s so lightweight you can barely feel it’s there and the air flows right through it!
It’s a flat cap that can be worn flat or pull it forward so it creases on the left and right corners. This is what gives this new cap its own personality! Great job Peaky Hat for venturing successfully into a cool new product for your already awesome line up of peaky hats!

Absolutely my favorite single panel caps(yeah, I ended up getting all three). The lightest weight with maximum breathability. And most importantly, they look totally badass. I only steamed out the shipping wrinkles on mine. Gave the brims a good curve, parked them on the bean and broke them in. They look better with each wear. I pull them way down(like you might with a ball cap) and with the natural creases they look and wear like a slim profile gatsby or shelby. As I mentioned earlier, totally badass.
Another great Peaky hat and this is new territory for them and the crushed it.
