The Peaky Dudley Cap embodies the vintage style of the flat cap mixed with peaky-legend, while exuding the sense of class and individualism that makes you stand out in a crowd. Has the same mesh-like fabric as one of our other most popular items, The Peaky Cap.
The material is a linen/poly blend, purposely selected to make one of the most breathable, durable, and easy to maintain caps on the market. It's incredibly forgiving, easy to shape and simple to clean (just use water, water won't hurt this cap).
This cap is great for warm weather, does not have a liner, handles sweat like a boss, and doesn't cook your dome. The material is more like mesh (not a fabric), wear in the pool, on the golf course, at the ballpark, working in the yard, or at your local pub. It can do it all.

Finding your measurement:
If you have a soft measuring tape, that's the best route to take. If you do not, use a string, phone charging cable, or anything else you can wrap around your head.
How do I measure my/someone else’s head?
Step 1: Wrap the soft tape, string, or cord around your head above your ears and eyebrows, where you your cap usually sits.
Step 2: Double check to make sure the tape comes down far enough at the back of your head, hitting in the right spot.
Step 3: Take note of your measurement in CMs, if using a string or cord, mark where it meets so you can measure it using a traditional tape measure.
Step 4: Refer to the sizing chart above to see where you land.
Are you in between sizes??
For our comfort fit flex back caps, we always recommend sizing down. For our fitted caps, size up for a loose fit and size down if you prefer snug. Caps will usually stretch slightly, but rarely do they shrink.
Will my size be the same as the other caps I purchase from other brands?
Unfortunately there is no universal sizing, so a Medium for one brand might be a small for another. We highly recommend you measure your head to ensure you have an accurate size before ordering from Peaky Hat.

International orders: These orders require additional time and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to the number of variables involved with weather, customs, and local delivery. Please allow for up to 3 weeks for delivery.

We are family run business owned and operated out of Ohio, United States. Our hats are produced across the globe, depending on the style. Currently we have two facilities for fulfillment and warehousing. The majority of our items are located in our Dublin, Ohio facitlity and ship within 3-5 business days. We’ve split the time frame for order delivery into two parts so you can see the journey better:
Processing time – Following order confirmation, quality assurance and packaging, your order will be dispatched from the warehouse within 24-48 hours.
To our best ability;
Orders made Mon-Fri before Noon Eastern will ship same day.
Orders made Fri after Noon Eastern through Sunday will ship Monday.
This excludes holidays and special circumstances.
Shipping time – Once your order is on its way to you, the amount of time it takes depends on where you live and your shipping method. This is shipping time. Deliveries in the US are shipped and arrive in 2-5 days. International delivery can take anywhere between 8–15 business days.
Tracking your Order – This is our way of being with you on the journey and proving to you that we care how long it takes and that we’ll only be satisfied when you have your new item(s).
Occasionally the journey takes longer than expected and we wish it would always be as fast as a Peaky Blinder razor slash. But we do everything in our power to get your order to you on time we work very hard to gain and retain trust. We are not perfect, but we are working our asses off to get there.

I fell so much in love with my first Peaky Hat purchase, that I decided to buy several more in virtually all of the different styles. After receipt of those hats, I discovered that three of them just didn’t support the “look” I wanted to portray. So I decided to exchange them for replacements that I knew worked for me. So in actuality, I am providing feedback on the Peaky Hat Exchange Process. During my 73 years of life, I have found that many companies make returning or exchanging an item a real pain in the behind. But not so with Peaky Hats. In fact, I would say that Peaky Hats makes the process as easy and customer focused as humanly possible. Simply notify their company via their website that you desire to make an exchange, and with no questions asked they send you a return shipping label. Then select the desired replacement items and Peaky will immediately ship them to you. They give you plenty of time to return the items you wanted to exchange, and they even send you friendly reminders to get those items shipped back to them at their cost using the provided shipping label. And that’s it!! It simply couldn’t have been made any easier for the customer. So in addition to the high quality items that are sold by Peaky Hats, I want to also give recognition to the incredibly easy product return and exchange system that they have put in place. Without a doubt, Peaky Hats is the best of the best.
