Our caps are sized in CMs to get the best fit. Find your measurement in CMs, then pick a hat size based on that measurement.

Finding your measurement:
If you have a soft measuring tape, that's the best route to take. If you do not, use a string, phone charging cable, or anything else you can wrap around your head.
How do I measure my/someone else’s head?
Step 1: Wrap the soft tape, string, or cord around your head above your ears and eyebrows, where you your cap usually sits.
Step 2: Double check to make sure the tape comes down far enough at the back of your head, hitting in the right spot.
Step 3: Take note of your measurement in CMs, if using a string or cord, mark where it meets so you can measure it using a traditional tape measure.
Step 4: Refer to the sizing chart above to see where you land.
Are you in between sizes??
For our comfort fit flex back caps, we always recommend sizing down. For our fitted caps, size up for a loose fit and size down if you prefer snug. Caps will usually stretch slightly, but rarely do they shrink.
Will my size be the same as the other caps I purchase from other brands?
Unfortunately there is no universal sizing, so a Medium for one brand might be a small for another. We highly recommend you measure your head to ensure you have an accurate size before ordering from Peaky Hat.

We ask for your patience and understanding regarding shipping, many things are out of our control and we want nothing more than for you to have your Peaky Hat as quickly as possible.
Please note; NOT ALL ITEMS ship from our local warehouse, those special order items require additional shipping times and are not included in the below timelines. See the list at the bottom of this page.
International orders: These orders require additional time and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to the number of variables involved with weather, customs, and local delivery. Please allow for up to 3 weeks for delivery.

When it comes to shipping we work hard to optimize the process, which includes daily deliveries to numerous customers around the world. This means that we keep our eye on quality while finding you the fastest and most affordable options and of course being responsive to you every step of the way.
We are family run business owned and operated out of Ohio, United States. Our hats are produced across the globe, depending on the style. Currently we have two facilities for fulfillment and warehousing. The majority of our items are located in our Dublin, Ohio facitlity and ship within 3-5 business days. We’ve split the time frame for order delivery into two parts so you can see the journey better:
Processing time – Following order confirmation, quality assurance and packaging, your order will be dispatched from the warehouse within 24-48 hours.
To our best ability;
Orders made Mon-Fri before Noon Eastern will ship same day.
Orders made Fri after Noon Eastern through Sunday will ship Monday.
This excludes holidays and special circumstances.
Shipping time – Once your order is on its way to you, the amount of time it takes depends on where you live and your shipping method. This is shipping time. Deliveries in the US are shipped and arrive in 2-5 days. International delivery can take anywhere between 8–15 business days.
Tracking your Order – This is our way of being with you on the journey and proving to you that we care how long it takes and that we’ll only be satisfied when you have your new item(s).
Occasionally the journey takes longer than expected and we wish it would always be as fast as a Peaky Blinder razor slash. But we do everything in our power to get your order to you on time we work very hard to gain and retain trust. We are not perfect, but we are working our asses off to get there.

I received the cap about 1 week after i had purchased it. It looks great and fits perfectly. It appears to be of good quality and well made but light enough for summer wear. It has become one of my favorites and I anticipate wiil be for many summers to come. If you are considering one and have reasonable expectations you wont be disappointed. -Jon
The entire Workman series is fantastic! Excellent caps! Peaky on!
The Workman hat is my absolute favorite hat. It’s definitely a lighter weight hat with a slimmer fit on the sides. The first one I ordered was the Canteen Green. I was so impressed I had to order my second color choice of Chocolate Brown. The first night I wore the hat I was receiving compliments as I have with the Canteen Green one. Now I have no choice but to order the Charcoal Gray to complete the Workman collection.
I’m here to say there may be a chance of you catching Peaky fever once you wear one of these hats!

This is one of the most comfortable caps I have ever put on right out of the box. A little brim adjustment and smoothed with my hands and out the door. Great quality materials and construction.
Amazing hat
Durable and can keep in the back of my truck with it folded up and when I pull it out, it goes right back to shape. When I need to clean it, I can just run it under some water. I have three colors (brown, canteen green, and the black)
I’m just upset. I was not able to get one in the
Red clay color.
