The material is a linen/poly blend, purposely selected to make one of the most breathable, durable, and easy to maintain caps on the market. It's incredibly forgiving, easy to shape and simple to clean (just use water, water won't hurt this cap). Made from the same material as The Peaky Dudley.
This cap is great for warm weather, does not have a liner, handles sweat like a boss, and doesn't cook your dome. The material is more like mesh (not a fabric), wear in the pool, on the golf course, at the ballpark, working in the yard, or at your local pub. It can do it all.
Reminiscent of the round, flat shape and stiff brim cap that legendary gang members wore, this Peaky Cap produces a look that exudes rugged charm, masculine presence, power and fearlessness, but now in an Ivory color. Finding your measurement:
If you have a soft measuring tape, that's the best route to take. If you do not, use a string, phone charging cable, or anything else you can wrap around your head.
How do I measure my/someone else’s head?
Step 1: Wrap the soft tape, string, or cord around your head above your ears and eyebrows, where you your cap usually sits.
Step 2: Double check to make sure the tape comes down far enough at the back of your head, hitting in the right spot.
Step 3: Take note of your measurement in CMs, if using a string or cord, mark where it meets so you can measure it using a traditional tape measure.
Step 4: Refer to the sizing chart above to see where you land.
Are you in between sizes??
For our comfort fit flex back caps, we always recommend sizing down. For our fitted caps, size up for a loose fit and size down if you prefer snug. Caps will usually stretch slightly, but rarely do they shrink.
Will my size be the same as the other caps I purchase from other brands?
Unfortunately there is no universal sizing, so a Medium for one brand might be a small for another. We highly recommend you measure your head to ensure you have an accurate size before ordering from Peaky Hat.

International orders: These orders require additional time and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to the number of variables involved with weather, customs, and local delivery. Please allow for up to 3 weeks for delivery.

We are family run business owned and operated out of Ohio, United States. Our hats are produced across the globe, depending on the style. Currently we have two facilities for fulfillment and warehousing. The majority of our items are located in our Dublin, Ohio facitlity and ship within 3-5 business days. We’ve split the time frame for order delivery into two parts so you can see the journey better:
Processing time – Following order confirmation, quality assurance and packaging, your order will be dispatched from the warehouse within 24-48 hours.
To our best ability;
Orders made Mon-Fri before Noon Eastern will ship same day.
Orders made Fri after Noon Eastern through Sunday will ship Monday.
This excludes holidays and special circumstances.
Shipping time – Once your order is on its way to you, the amount of time it takes depends on where you live and your shipping method. This is shipping time. Deliveries in the US are shipped and arrive in 2-5 days. International delivery can take anywhere between 8–15 business days.
Tracking your Order – This is our way of being with you on the journey and proving to you that we care how long it takes and that we’ll only be satisfied when you have your new item(s).
Occasionally the journey takes longer than expected and we wish it would always be as fast as a Peaky Blinder razor slash. I bought two Peaky Blinders, one of them the "Peaky Cap green mesh," a version that will soon be discontinued and not restocked. The Peaky Cap is a stylish hat that stands out on the street. I admit I was a little nervous because I used to wear a hat and am changing my style, but I've gotten used to it and I like the way it fits.
After steaming it to "recover from the trip" and after several days of use, I can say this hat is worth its price. We're in the mountains with temperatures of 30°C, and my head stays cool and fresh. For those just starting out with this style, be a little patient, wear your hat at home to get used to it; you won't regret it.
NOTE: I live in Montreal Canada, and the shipments arrived in less than 2 weeks, without any problems.
