We are family run business owned and operated out of Ohio, United States. Our hats are produced across the globe, depending on the style. We’ve split the time frame for order delivery into two parts so you can see the journey better:
Processing time – Following order confirmation, quality assurance and packaging, your order will be dispatched from the warehouse within 24-48 hours. An additional 2-4 days is taken by the shipping company to get the order ready for shipping.
Shipping time – Once your order is on its way to you, the amount of time it takes depends on where you live. This is shipping time. Deliveries in the US are shipped by YunExpress, e-packet, or USPS - a postal service that can take between 7 and 14 days. International delivery can take anywhere between 15–30 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to COVID19 restrictions depending on the country affected, delivery time can be increased by 40 business days.
Tracking your Order – This is our way of being with you on the journey and proving to you that we care how long it takes and that we’ll only be satisfied when you have your new item(s).
Occasionally the journey takes longer than expected and we wish it would always be as fast as a Peaky Blinder razor slash.
