The Peaky Tiki: a cap that begs for Tiki torches, cold cocktails, and good times. Made with flax linen (similar to The Peaky Breezy), this is as breathable and lightweight as they come. Finding your measurement:
If you have a soft measuring tape, that's the best route to take. If you do not, use a string, phone charging cable, or anything else you can wrap around your head.
How do I measure my/someone else’s head?
Step 1: Wrap the soft tape, string, or cord around your head above your ears and eyebrows, where you your cap usually sits.
Step 2: Double check to make sure the tape comes down far enough at the back of your head, hitting in the right spot.
Step 3: Take note of your measurement in CMs, if using a string or cord, mark where it meets so you can measure it using a traditional tape measure.
Step 4: Refer to the sizing chart above to see where you land.
Are you in between sizes??
For our comfort fit flex back caps, we always recommend sizing down. For our fitted caps, size up for a loose fit and size down if you prefer snug. Caps will usually stretch slightly, but rarely do they shrink.
Will my size be the same as the other caps I purchase from other brands?
Unfortunately there is no universal sizing, so a Medium for one brand might be a small for another. We highly recommend you measure your head to ensure you have an accurate size before ordering from Peaky Hat.

Chest Size (bust): Lift your arms slightly and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest.
Shoulder Size (shoulder to shoulder): Using a measuring tape, measure the width of your shoulders from the back of your body (from shoulder blade to shoulder blade).

When it comes to shipping we work hard to optimize the process, which includes daily deliveries to numerous customers around the world. This means that we keep our eye on quality while finding you the fastest and most affordable options and of course being responsive to you every step of the way.
We are family run business owned and operated out of Ohio, United States. Our hats are produced across the globe, depending on the style. Currently we have two facilities for fulfillment and warehousing. The majority of our items are located in our Dublin, Ohio facitlity and ship within 3-5 business days. We’ve split the time frame for order delivery into two parts so you can see the journey better:
Processing time – Following order confirmation, quality assurance and packaging, your order will be dispatched from the warehouse within 24-48 hours. An additional 2-4 days is taken by the shipping company to get the order ready for shipping.
Shipping time – Once your order is on its way to you, the amount of time it takes depends on where you live and your shipping method. This is shipping time. Deliveries in the US are shipped and arrive in 2-5 days. International delivery can take anywhere between 8–15 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to COVID19 restrictions depending on the country affected, delivery time can be increased by 40 business days.
Tracking your Order – This is our way of being with you on the journey and proving to you that we care how long it takes and that we’ll only be satisfied when you have your new item(s).
Occasionally the journey takes longer than expected and we wish it would always be as fast as a Peaky Blinder razor slash. But we do everything in our power to get your order to you on time we work very hard to gain and retain trust. We are not perfect, but we are working our asses off to get there.
